I love being crafty! Even as a child, I can remember my mother teaching me how to macramé plant hangers and use a weaving loom to make potholders. She even allowed me free access to her sewing machine on a regular basis by the time I was in Jr. High. I’d spend hours upon hours tackling complicated clothing projects down in our basement. Her enthusiastic encouragement likely planted the seeds for what I do now with Cute2Carry.

Fast forward a few years and my sewing repertoire grew to include home decor items, quilts, and not to mention, I’ve even recovered a sofa just to see if I “could”, and I could! Knitting, scrap booking and simply coloring with my kids are things you’ll find me doing in my spare time.

Although I’ve dabbled in a variety of artistic areas over the years, sewing is my first love. The creativity that I can express with my Cute2Carry Handbags feeds my desire to take something utilitarian and turn it into something truly special and ‘cute to carry’. I’m happy to be able to share my designs with you.
